Here is what this career is about:

 

You will start as a cleaning technician with the goal of becoming a crew leader. Once you are competent as a service technician you will be trained to be a crew leader and trained to manage other team members. You’ll be moved to the next available lead position when you are ready.

 

You will be trained to properly drive a work vehicle, clean the exterior of houses, clean roofs, clean decks and concrete, safely clean gutters, and supervise others.

 

You'll learn our culture, job site safety, customer interaction, how to upsell and get an overview of our entire system and processes. Our training is designed to help you excel and move up in our company quickly.

 

To move up to a crew leader, you need to pay attention to the little details, you must love your job, and really love the company. Someone in this position has to have grit, you have to be able to stay positive even on long, hard days. You have to be able to think on your feet and be a problem solver. You must be able to easily interact with customers and be a people person. The right person for this position will be honest and naturally want to help others, including his/her team and those in the community.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER.

As the business development officer your role will be to  identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. Communicating new product developments to prospective clients. Overseeing the development of marketing literature and our social media platforms. Responsibilities & Duties Include, But Are Not Limited to:  

 

SALES

 

Manage assigned leads and appointments in The Customer Factor and Responsibid.

Arrive on time and well groomed to all appointments and sales calls.

Measure and assess client properties and compile quotes based off of the company price structure

Follow up with open leads.

Prospect neighboring homes of assigned leads by leaving flyers and knocking on neighbor's doors

Cultivate assigned territory through prospecting efforts

Cold-call and prospect potential commercial clients

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

 

Keep a very friendly demeanor and a high level of professionalism to customers

Act as a consultant to our potential clients.  We do NOT use high pressure sales tactics. 

Answering the phone. The Follow up with clients via phone, email, in person visits and using Review Monster.

 

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT 

 

Manage social media accounts, facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.

Forge and foster good relationships with clients and the community in general

Forge and foster good relationships with potential allies and business referrals

Attend local Chamber events, BNI, tradeshows and other networking events

Keep an eye out for additional potential work at customer's homes and businesses

Visit job site locations while technicians are performing work to canvas neighboring homes

Bring back a minimum of 1 quote for every quote request received from the Company through marketing efforts

Target is to close 50% of warm leads and 30% of cold leads.

 

EXPERIENCE

 

No experience required.  Training will be provided.  Outgoing and friendly personality is a must.  If you hate the thought of sitting behind a desk all day, or getting your hands dirty, then this is the perfect job for you.

 

WAGE & Hours of work.

 

Wage is based on 10% commission.  Company cell phone, business cards, and shirts provided. Allowance for gas & mileage.
